Global Payout acknowledges original consent to view the web video upon the following conditions.  Client/Invitee acknowledges and agrees the video content is Confidential and shall treat the demonstration content in strict secrecy and not allow the video to be distributed to additional parties unless registered and approved by Global Payout.  Client/Invitee shall not solicit individuals or companies by distribution of the Password to the web video without prior registration and express consent of Global Payout.  In addition, Client/Invitee agrees that they will not duplicate or reproduce this video in any form or manner.  Furthermore, the Client/Invitee will not solicit or contract with any of Global Payout’s suppliers, vendors or technology providers referencing the payment platform unless specifically authorized by Global Payout.  Client/Invitee understands and agrees that their obligation to maintain the confidentiality of the web content shall survive the original consent of this viewing event.
